ABSTRACT
Groundbreaking mind-control technology in a dystopian near-future United States permits entrepreneurial billionaire Ken Castle to create a game, called "Slayers", that sees death-row convicts controlled by online players fighting each other until one men is left standing. Caught up in the madness of the controversial game is our central character, Kable, a man forced to survive thirty consecutive matches controlled by gamer Simon if he is to stand a chance at ever tasting freedom again.
