A freakishly dedicated rock drummer earns a shot at salvation two decades after his ejection from a hair metal band.

ABSTRACT
Robert "Fish" Fishman, would-be rock God with a single-minded dedication to drumming, is kicked out of hair metal band Vesuvius on the eve of their first major recording deal and forced to work a menial job while his old bandmates enjoy all the spoils of fame. Two decades later, Robert's teenage cousin asks him to drum for his garage band; the motley crew end up arousing the attention of a major label, sending a still-bitter Robert into overdrive as he works to reclaim his squandered dream at any cost.
