A recently-divorced dog-loving teacher sets out on a search for a canine-loving companion.

ABSTRACT
Sarah Nolan, a thirty-something teacher burned by a recent divorce, is prodded by siblings Carol and Christine to start dating again. The sisters set up a profile for Sarah on an Internet dating website with one condition -- "must love dogs". A series of misadventures with lackluster men test Sarah's resolve, though she eventually meets up with Jake, a charming and well-spoken man who goes so far as to borrow a dog for their date; their possible connection is complicated by the arrival of Bob, handsome divorced father of one of Sarah's students, forcing the frustrated teacher to choose between their dueling affections.
