ABSTRACT
Caregiver Johanna Parry, an affable and mild-mannered middle-aged woman, takes a job as a nanny to elderly Mr. McCauley and wild-child teenager Sabitha. Sabitha's scheming behavior places the easily-manipulated Johanna in a romantic relationsip with drug-addled estranged father Ken, a connection that ultimately shapes up to be a transformational experience for the working woman despite Sabitha's mean-spirited intentions.
