As there was no sign of a struggle, the coroner ruled Vincent's death suicide; the department considers the case closed and he is ordered off the case. Our detective digs into Vincent's past, finding a trail of girlfriends all of whom he referred to as "Dolores". Strong B-noir with good snappy dialogue and fine cinematography.
