Our man faces difficulties entering the country until he comes into contact with Lyn Cassady, a curious man purporting to be an agent from an Army-affiliated paranormal force called the "New Earth Army" who offers to take Bob with him on a mission for commander Bill Django; believing himself to be on to the story of a lifetime, the intrepid reporter tags along, experiencing various misadventures with a man claiming a desire to use his supposed powers to wage peace.
