Cats and dogs wage a calamitous, espionage-filled war against each other without the knowledge of their owners.

ABSTRACT
Dogs have been fighting an ages-old war with cats to prevent Earth from falling under the iron-pawed rule of would-be feline overlords, doing so without the knowledge of their owners. A human professor's attempts to invent a serum to cure dog allergies in humans draws the attention of a nefarious snow white cat named Mr. Tinkles, driving the good-guy canines into action as they look to stop Tinkles' conspiracy to make every man, woman, and child on the planet allergic to dogs.
