Seventh and final installment in the slasher franchise follows a man claiming to be a survivor of the Jigsaw Killer's terror as his own secrets lead to an all-new onslaught of chaos.

ABSTRACT
Jill Tuck, the widow of the Jigsaw Killer, offers to divulge information pertaining to murderous detective Mark Hoffman's crimes in exchange for immunity from prosecution for her own misdeeds. At much the same time, Hoffman abducts Bobby Dagen, a self-help guru and charlatan who achieved fame and fortune on the back of a contrived book relating his false tales about having survived the Jigsaw Killer's terror, kicking off a new wave of chaos when Bobby's attempts to escape an insane asylum lead to fighting and a rising body count.
