ABSTRACT
Chinese intelligence official Liu Jian is in Paris on an assignment to aid in the capture of a notorious drug lord; framed in a conspiracy by the drug lord's French connection, Richard, Liu is forced to flee, putting his martial arts abilities to the test to escape with a tape devastating for the kingpin. Desperate to clear his name and exact revenge against his adversaries, Liu turns to Jessica, a prostitute in Richard's employ, promising to rescue her daughter from confinement in a crooked orphanage in exchange for crucial assistance with his mission.
