ABSTRACT
Mia, her brother David, his girlfriend Natalie, Eric, and Olivia are five young adults seeking a getaway to an old cabin in the woods with a view to cleaning Mia up in the aftermath of clinical death from a severe drug addiction, unaware of its history as the site of a grisly immolation of a girl who had been possessed by a demon. This lack of knowledge comes back to haunt them in ways quite literal and terrifying, setting the stage for a horrifying encounter with a demonic book and its prophecies that kicks off the Evil Dead franchise's storyline. Remake of The Evil Dead (1981).
