Eva, a divorced single parent and full-time masseuse, finds herself struggling to cope with her daughter's impending departure for college. Things begin to look up for the middle-aged woman and soon-to-be "empty nester" when she meets and falls for gregarious divorced man Albert, only to become muddled and complicated when she learns that he is the ex new friend Marianne possesses a penchant for ragging on about.
