ABSTRACT
Buddy "Aces" Israel, a lowbrow Las Vegas magician with ties to organized crime, agrees to turn state's evidence against his "friends" in the mob when he is approached by FBI agents eager to bring down a big-time boss. All eyes are on Buddy as he is brought into the protective custody of his new friends in American intelligence, setting the stage for a cat-and-mouse game full of kooks and baddies determined to whack him before he has a chance to squeal.
