Toni Gerard loses a beauty contest and is stranded in New York City; she takes up with Madame Zenobia, fortune teller, who finds her a job as crack shot shill for a shooting gallery. There she spots and falls in love with attorney Brad Cavanaugh, quite out of her social class and already pursued by a rich widow, Mrs. Ainsley. Zenobia injures herself and Toni must fill in; she takes full advantage of the situation. Enjoyable screwball comedy.
