ABSTRACT
High school principal Steven Wilkins lives a secretive double life as a "festive" serial killer, bumping off children with methods fit for urban legends on Halloween; teens playing a prank on a disabled girl get what they've got coming to them when they learn the truth behind a town legend the hard way; a "virgin" and her friends harbor a disquieting supernatural secret about themselves; a man's obsessive love of Halloween proves to be his wife's grisly undoing.
