American intelligence agents investigate the bombing of a sensitive facility in Saudi Arabia.

ABSTRACT
A surprise attack on an American compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia catches diplomats and other government officials off-guard, prompting FBI agent Ronald Fleury to step outside the law and assemble a team of counter-terrorism professionals to do some investigating of his own. Hampered at seemingly every turn by bureaucracy and hostile foreign officials, Fleury and company must work quickly if they are to successfully navigate the Saudi criminal underworld, uncover truths relating to the attack, and make it out alive.
