ABSTRACT
Remake of Starbuck (2011). David Wozniak, a perpetually underachieving schlub of a man working as a deliveryman for his family's butcher shop and saddled with an $80,000 debt held by loan sharks, returns home from work one day to find a letter from a sperm bank informing him that donations made twenty years earlier under the alias "Starbuck" have led to his fathering of 533 children. Faced with a class-action lawsuit by 142 of the children in question aimed at revealing his identity, David must consult with lawyer friend Brett on his actions going forward as he seeks to reconcile his conscience with his ever-large (and potentially life-threatening) debt.
