REVIEWS Review by anonymous (posted on 19-Mar-2006) I used to think
this was a great movie, but it was ruined by the fact that I came to
realize (after ordering the DVD MIA II/MIA III) that the continuity in
the last movie is completely inaccurate as relates to MIA II. In MIA
II, Chuck is an MIA for eight years beginning in 1972. He also has an
American wife back home. In MIA III, it appears to be an alternate
universe because Chuck is in the American compound during the fall of
Saigon in April, 1975. He heads back to Vietnam 12 years later to
rescue the Vietnamese woman he had married while stationed in Vietnam
and who he thought had died when her apartment was bombed. Of the three
movies, I'd say MIA II was the best.
