Rowling Keywords: Fantasy, Harry Potter Our three heroes, Harry, Ron and Hermione, continue their search from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (2010) for the Horcruxes, a search which takes them to first to Lestrange's vault in Gringotts, and then to Hogwarts. There, Snape is now headmaster and a final battle will surely bring final reckoning. While more exciting than Part I, the characters seem emotionally detached from events, often not speaking at all; and most unfortunately, there is overreliance on deus ex machina as a crutch for storytelling. Nominated for Academy Awards for Best Set Decoration, Best Makeup, and Best Visual Effects.
