Breakheart Pass (25-Dec-1975)|
Director: Tom Gries
Writer: Alistair MacLean
From novel: Breakheart Pass by Alistair MacLean
Music by: Jerry Goldsmith
Producer: Jerry Gershwin
Keywords: Western, Mystery, Train
A medical relief train bound for Fort Humboldt via the Rocky Mountains suffers several onboard murders as it transports prisoner John Deakin, an arsonist and murderer. Not everyone on the train may be what he seems. Murder mystery/actioner set in the Old West, with Charles Bronson at the height of his career and abilities. Quite enjoyable despite its flaws.
