[1] Witnesses have stated that Dunn had consumed three beers and two shots prior to driving. Photographs were taken of Dunn drinking during this time. His Porsche was traveling at 130MPH when it hit a guardrail, subsequently erupting into flame. The two bodies were badly burnt. West Goshen police chief Michael Carroll said that this accident was the worst he had ever seen.
