Benjamin Rush Society
ORGANIZATION
The Benjamin Rush Society is to promote:
- The practice of medicine, free of government control, among physicians and medical students;
- The rights of patients to acquire health care of their own choice with their own means; and
- Fellowship among those in the profession who subscribe to this principle.
The Benjamin Rush Society was founded by the Pacific Research Institute's president and CEO Sally Pipes and is currently being operated within PRI's offices in San Francisco.
