Founded 1974, "The National Association of Petroleum Investment Analysts (NAPIA) is a professional organization of nearly 300 members representing financial institutions such as investment dealers and brokers, investment banks, mutual funds, credit rating agencies, pension funds, investment advisors, trusts, banks, insurance companies, and other institutional investment entities. Each of our members specializes in the study and analysis of the petroleum industry and the securities of its component companies."
