ORGANIZATION

Formed by Haley Barbour in 1993, partially funded by RNC. However, it solicited millions of dollars in foreign funds which were then provided directly to the RNC (and then used in the 1994 election), in direct contravention of US law. As a result, the organization is now defunct.

A different National Policy Forum is maintained by the Labour Party (UK).
