MAGAZINE

Founded in 1909 by Senator Robert M. La Follette as La Follette's Magazine. It is based in Madison, Wisconsin. The publication played a large role in the fight against McCarthyism and also in 1979 published The H-Bomb Secret: How We Got It, Why We're Telling It, prompting legal action from the U.S. Government.
