A boy reads the Jack and the Beanstalk fairy tale to his babysitter, the illiterate Lou Costello, who then dreams his way into the story as Jack. Sepia-tone frame which blossoms into full color. Typical Abbott & Costello slapstick, though Abbott's participation is minimal. Filmed on the leftover sets from Joan of Arc (1948).
