ABSTRACT
Ben Barber, a lighthearted, fast-talking, pint-sized security guard, agrees to accompany hot-headed Atlanta cop James Payton on a 24-hour watch of the sprawling city as part of a plan to prove himself worthy of marrying Angela, James' sister. Determined to test his potential future brother-in-law to the fullest possible extent, James drags Ben into a training shift designed to scare new recruits senseless, ultimately resulting in calamity when the pair cross paths with a violent criminal.
