ABSTRACT
Grace, a twenty-something young woman, is a supervising staff member at a foster care facility who is deeply in love with long-term boyfriend and co-worker Mason. A tough-yet-fair caretaker who takes a significant amount of pride in her challenging line of work, Grace must learn to balance her present-day concerns with haunting memories of her past when Jayden, a gifted yet troubled young woman, arrives at the facility and reminds her of significant elements of her upbringing.
