Director: Nick Hamm Writer: Mark Bomback Keywords: Horror A couple grieving over the death of their son agree to have him cloned by a scientist with sinister intentions.
ABSTRACTJessie and Paul Duncan, a young couple consumed with grief over the passing of eight-year old son Adam on his birthday, are approached by ethically-challenged scientist Richard Wells about bringing their child back to life through groundbreaking -- albeit highly illegal -- advancements in human cloning. Wells demands that the couple move to the town playing host to his experimental Godsend Fertility Clinic; they do so, as Jessie is implanted with stem cells allowing her to give birth to Adam once more and raise him for a second time. What seems like a veritable godsend true to Wells' clinic's name turns into a nightmare when Adam reaches the age of his original death, as the Duncans are forced to suffer the terrible consequences of Richard's work.
