An illegal Nigerian immigrant suffering through life in London must make a tough moral decision when he is presented with well-paying illegal work.

ABSTRACT
Okwe is a trained doctor of Nigerian extraction, scraping by as an illegal British immigrant driving a London cab by day and working at a sketchy hotel's front desk after the Sun goes down. Okwe discovers a human heart in a bathroom one night when a prostitute staying at the hotel asks him to inspect her room's overflowing toilet; shortly thereafter, the hotel's criminal manager asks Okwe to work in his clandestine organ-trading scheme, forcing the poor immigrant through a crash course in the city's seedy underbelly when he refuses to participate and befriends a Muslim working as a cleaner at the hotel.
