Third entry in the Cabin Fever franchise follows a group of young adults as they are exposed to a flesh-eating virus on a remote island.

ABSTRACT
Second sequel to Cabin Fever (2002). A group of friends looking for a desirable location for an unforgettable bachelor party seemingly strike gold when they happen upon a remote tropical island suited to their needs. A swim in the island's water leads the party to an abandoned research lab; a fast-spreading, vicious flesh-eating virus is soon unleashed, forcing the poor group to work to save themselves as the outbreak takes its toll.
