My feelings on this movie are probably what count the most but these aside HOV gives me a high degree of perplexity after watching it even a number of times. Scopes article (issue 7) goes along way into explaining the Pascal Laugier imagery in the movie but I need to know more details please! For example who drowned the kittens? Was Virgina Ledoyen completely mad or clutching at straws? Were the housekeeper and the school principal covering something up? Bottom line? It has me thinking. Which in the context of most modern day movies is rare I would have to say. :)
