ABSTRACT
Remake of Taxi (1998). New York City cop Washburn loses his driver's license after a number of lapses in judgement, forcing him to take a cab to the scene of a major bank robbery when he is called out to its location. Cabbie Belle, a veritable live wire making her name as a wild taxi driver after a spell as New York's finest pizza delivery woman, proves an unlikely ally for Washburn as they find themselves in hot pursuit of an out-of-control band of thieves led by the devastating Vanessa.
