Girls hold a slumber party in a Los Angeles neighborhood stalked by a crossbow-wielding rooftop serial killer. Very low budget suspense/psychological thriller, though later marketed as a horror film by its distribution company under the name Serial Slayer, complete with cover art making it appear to be a slasher. Shot on early digital and plagued by poor lighting.
