ABSTRACT
Megan, a young woman stuck in the mindset of an ambitionless high schooler a decade removed from her graduation, seems content with a life working as a sign-twirler for her father's business despite the fact that her former peers moved on to bigger and better things year ago. Determined to preserve her diminishing youth when long-time boyfriend Anthony proposes at a friend's wedding, Megan catches on with a pack of rebellious teens led by sixteen-year old Annika, choosing to hide from the looming specter of adulthood in her new friend's house for one week.
