One Hundred and One Dalmatians (25-Jan-1961)
Directors: Clyde Geronimi; Hamilton S. Luske; Wolfgang Reitherman Writer: Bill Peet From novel: The One Hundred and One Dalmatians by Dodie Smith Keywords: Juvenile/Comedy, Dog Roger and Anita's dalmatians have a litter of 15 puppies. One of Anita's former schoolmates, Cruella De Vil, offers to purchase the puppies but the offer is declined. Cruella's intent, however is less than honorable: she desires a dalmatian fur coat. Later all 15 puppies are mysteriously stolen. Excellent story and superb villainy. Remade in live action as 101 Dalmatians (1996).
