Horror-genre parody follows a group of moronic teenagers as they are stalked by a serial killer following an accidental murder.

ABSTRACT
Intended as a take-off on hit horror films from (broken link, @movie:psycho-1960) to Scream, Scary Movie follows teenagers Cindy Campbell, Bobby Prinze, and friends a year after their accidental hit-and-run killing of a man, centering on the group of moronic youngsters as they are stalked by a bumbling serial killer. Intentional cliches and references to genre standouts abound as Cindy and company work to avoid the killer's reign of terror, drawing on knowledge "gained" from films as they look to avoid becoming his latest casualties.
