ABSTRACT
Idealistic social worker Emily Jenkins is presented with the disturbing case of Lily Sullivan, a troubled young girl abused by her ne'er-do-well parents. Driven to take Lily in herself when her family attempts to kill her, Emily soon realizes that she may be in too deep in the worst way possible when Lily displays behavioral traits indicative of a demonic horror poised to wreak havoc on those around her.
