ABSTRACT
Max Burdett, a master thief known as the "King of Alibis", retires to a beautiful island in the Bahamas with accomlpice Lola after one last great heist guaranteeing the pair perpetual financial independence. Stan, an FBI agent tasked with pursuing Max for the past few years, believes that his tropical excursion is a cover for yet another massive theft; to that end, he teams up with a local cop possessing relevant jurisdiction to engage him in a high-stakes cat-and-mouse game.
