An Oregon teenager plots an act of revenge against a bully responsible for terrorizing his younger brother.

ABSTRACT
Sam Merrick, a meek young boy living in a sleepy town in rural Oregon, informs older brother Rocky of a long history of bullying suffered at the hands of mean-spirited classmate George Tooney. Eager to get one over on the much-reviled schoolyard punk, Rocky rounds up his buddies to pretend it's Sam's birthday for the purposes of inviting George to a "boat trip" intended to humiliate him, though they must deal with the consequences of their actions when their elaborate plot is taken a step too far.
