A news crew are taken hostage by Somali pirates demanding an interview with a legendary journalist in their party.

ABSTRACT
A crew working for the American News Corporation are on their way back to the United States from a soft-news piece in Africa when their plane is hijacked by a number of Somali pirates led by publicity-hungry Atlas. Rather than a ransom or their deaths, Atlas strangely appears to desire an interview with aging journalist Frank Salzman, present amongst the crew, forcing the veteran newscaster into a tense position as he attempts to divine the pirates' true intentions as suspense mounts and international media follow the developing situation.
