Thriller told out of chronological order follows a New York City bike messenger as he picks up an envelope that lands him in the crosshairs of a corrupt police officer.

ABSTRACT
Wilee, a New York-area bike messenger, is given an envelope containing $50,000 by his ex-girlfriend's roommate, tasked with delivering the cash to a middleman in exchange for a ticket that would purchase a place for the roommate's mother and son aboard a ship smuggling private individuals from China to the United States. When a local loan shark learns of the large sum of money in question, he approaches gambling-addicted and debt-ridden police officer Bobby Monday with an offer to clear his debt in exchange for the envelope, kicking off a crooked chase that sees Wilee in Monday's hot pursuit all around the city.
