Film adaptation of the sixties soap opera of the same name follows a vampire's release from imprisonment and return to his ancestral home.

ABSTRACT
Barnabas Collins, a two-hundred-year old vampire recently freed from imprisonment in a coffin in the woods of Maine, returns home to his old family's manor to find it inhabited by his highly-dysfunctional relatives. From there, he must tackle the dual-pronged challenge of ingratiating himself with his present-day lineage whilst protecting them from a series of unfortunate mishaps, pitfalls, and general incompetence.
