Halle Berry plays a 911 dispatcher in Los Angeles who made a mistake which resulted in the death of an abducted girl. She transfers to the less-stressful training department, where one of her trainees receives a call from a girl abducted by the same kidnapper. Formulaic thriller which has the feel of a made-for-TV movie.
