ABSTRACT
Tom Brant, a violent London police detective prone to grabbing negative headlines for his law-bending behavior, is assigned by his superiors to track down a mysterious serial killer hell-bent on eliminating the police force one-by-one. The killer, who refers to himself as "The Blitz", presents a unique challenge to the gritty Brant, who must put all of his time-honed skills to the test alongside fellow officer and partner Porter Nash if he is to stop his target dead in his tracks.
