A rock band is formed as an espionage unit to infiltrate Albania and rescue American celebrities which have been kidnapped by that country's leader. While stacked to the eyeballs with cameos of over-the-hill stars, the film is an atrocity with no redeeming features whatsoever, even to fans of bad film.
