Three young suburban children square off against a home possessed by a nefarious human spirit.

ABSTRACT
Precocious young suburbanite DJ lives across the street from a most unusual house, a self-aware building possessed by a malevolent spirit eager to feed on the living. DJ's parents dismiss his concerns as whimsical childhood thinking, leading the young boy to team up with pals Jenny and Chowder to defeat the house as its power grows stronger with Halloween fast approaching. Nominated for an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.
