ABSTRACT
Remake of The Debt (2007), an Israeli film. Rachel, Stephan, and David, three Mossad agents, are celebrated as heroes in their native Israel for their ostensibly successful elimination of Nazi war criminal Vogel in 1965 East berlin. When David goes missing following Rachel's daughter Sarah's announcement of plans to write a book about the ordeal in 1997 before suddenly resurfacing in Tel Aviv to kill himself, however, Rachel realizes that Vogel is alive and well, setting out on a journey to finish the work she'd started decades earlier before he gains a shot at compromising her integrity.
