ABSTRACT
Shot in a found-footage style reminiscent of the Paranormal Activity franchise, Apollo 18 depicts a fictional covert American manned mission to the Moon disguised as a satellite launch, explaining how the United States' lack of desire to venture out to the Moon since stems from the aborted Apollo 18 mission's catastrophic failure at the hands of malignant alien lifeforms.
