ABSTRACT
Sing, a plucky gangster in crime-stricken 1940s Shanghai, China, aspires to become a member of the city's much-feared Axe Gang. To that end, Sing stages an elaborate scheme designed to draw their attention and make him one of their own, instead starting a campy all-out showdown between the Gang and a band of kung fu masters disguised as landlords.
