A tiny fishing village lobbies for the services of a top-flight doctor visiting their community for a residence.

ABSTRACT
The cash-strapped fishing village of Tickle Cove, population 120, requires the services of a local doctor to secure a business contract poised to deliver them from financial ruin. Ambitious young doctor Paul Lewis, a man fitting their specifications to a T, arrives in the area for a trial residence, forcing scheming mayor Murray French to hatch a plot -- termed "The Grand Seduction" -- to convince Paul to stay and save the day.
